There's that old adage about the devil being in the details, though, taken a bit out of context, it would certainly apply to Blonsky. Betty would not be mistaken to notice that there's a pattern to the coins in the fountain, trying to draw her attention to an apothecary. The Point man seems content to rove around a bit while Blonsky stays still, occasionally glancing over to see if Betty had noticed the subtle arrangement.
A moment later and the Point man is heading into the Bakery, and now that he's out of sight, Blonsky just pointedly heads directly toward the Pharmacy. He gives a wary look back at the Bakery front as he moves.
