Blonsky and the Point man are last to arrive. This time the shackles at his ankles are far enough apart to permit an awkward sort of walking and he just makes his way right to a table and sits on the edge. One might almost think he's being generally obedient save for the bored look on his face. Clearly the look of a man who is only playing along until things stop being favorable to him.

Finally, the Point man begins to explain their mark and the defined situation in full detail. They need 20 minutes under, and the man they are extracting information from is a high level military operative who has had a near parallel career with Blonsky up until the last couple years. He's known to experience dreams and flashbacks, which is why they needed Blonsky, who has exacting details on the situations they need for Extraction. Today they'll be going in during a non-hostile moment just to determine the stability and believably of what Blonsky's put together. At which point, the discussion is surprisingly turned over to Blonsky.

"The place our host here has picked is a small city whose name you don't need to know. Officially this event never happened." With the way Blonsky is talking, he might as well be in a conference room giving a debrief, and not standing in shackles sitting on a table. "During the day it's a very boring, very normal little place in the middle of nowhere. There is only one building which is off limits, and it's marked with a blue sign over the door. Opening that door is a trigger item, and will set off a series of events which will quickly escalate to all-out war. This is a dream based heavily on memory, and this is a trial run. Try not to bother the locals too much, they will not be friendly."
